Position Overview:
The Bookkeeper at Rivman Industrial will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company. This individual will be responsible for accurately recording all financial transactions, preparing and maintaining financial reports, and assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare and process payroll for employees and contractors
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets
- Monitor inventory levels and perform inventory reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial management and reporting
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Keep up-to-date with accounting laws and regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Knowledge of inventory management and payroll processing
