OUR HIRING PROCESS:

- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

We are looking to expand our Accounting department Team. The new Bookkeeper (Entry level, remote) will be working together with other team members.
Responsibilities
- Recording and sending invoices
- AR Collection (following up with clients on upcoming payments and overdue balances)
- Email and Zoom communication with the Accounting and other Departments within the Company
- Working with payment platforms such as Stripe etc.
- Email/phone communication with clients
Qualifications
- QB Desktop
- Microsoft Office (including knowledge of Excel)
- G Suite (Google Spreadsheets)
- Reliable – someone who coworkers can depend on
- Goal-oriented – strives to achieve tasks and objectives
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks
- Self-starter and motivated
