About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bolt Up Fitter to join our team. As a Bolt Up Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various mechanical components, including pipes, valves, and fittings. Your work will be critical to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and systems. You will work closely with other members of our team to ensure that all installations are completed accurately and on time. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
  • Experience in assembling and installing mechanical components, including pipes, valves, and fittings
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in welding or other relevant trade
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to determine the layout and installation of mechanical components
  • Assemble and install pipes, valves, and fittings according to specifications
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure that all installations meet safety and performance standards
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs

As a Bolt Up Fitter, you will use your technical expertise and attention to detail to assemble and install mechanical components, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and systems.
