Neuro Imaging After-Hours Radiologist
Midwest Radiology, P.A. is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice that has proudly served the Upper Midwest for more than a century. Based in the Minneapolis–St. Paul region, our growing practice includes 200+ radiologists, all fellowship trained across Body, Neuro, MSK, Breast, Pediatrics, and Interventional Radiology.
We are seeking Board Certified, fellowship-trained Neuro Imaging Radiologists to join our busy and growing subspecialized group in a fully remote after-hours position.
Position Highlights
- 100% remote
- 7 days on / 14 days off — an attractive 1 week on, 2 weeks off schedule
- 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Central Time
- $600,000–$1,000,000 compensation, dependent on FTE level and experience
- Partnership/shareholder track — eligible for partnership in 1–2 years, depending on prior work experience
- Benefits valued at approximately $160,000 at 1.0 FTE, including:

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
- Completion of fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Body Imaging
- Board Certification, or ability to complete Board Certification within two years of the start date
