  • Develop and integrate features such as:

  • Exterior and interior lighting systems (automatic lighting, DRLs)

  • Central locking and access (key fob, proximity sensors, immobilizer)

  • Power windows, mirrors, and seat control (auto-fold, anti-pinch, memory)

  • Windshield wipers and washers (including rain-sensing)

  • HVAC system interfaces and control

  • Translate system requirements into software and hardware specifications.

  • Collaborate with hardware engineers, embedded software developers, and vehicle integration teams to ensure robust and secure system performance.

  • Validate Body Control Feature functionality through bench testing, HiL, and in-vehicle evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

  • Contribute to diagnostic readiness and OTA update capabilities.

  • Stay current with centralized architecture and SDV (software-defined vehicle) innovations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development for automotive applications, particularly in body electronics or similar domains.

  • Strong programming proficiency in embedded C/C++.

  • In-depth understanding of automotive communication protocols, especially CAN, DLIP, and Ethernet.

  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic workflows and ECU testing environments.

  • Familiarity with functional safety standards like ISO 26262 and secure development practices.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with centralized or software-defined vehicle platforms.

  • Exposure to Rust programming for embedded or systems-level applications.

  • Experience with in-vehicle testing, automation frameworks, or supplier management.

  • Korean language proficiency is a plus for cross-functional collaboration.
