BloomReachXM (Experience Manager) Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of BloomReach Experience Manager solutions in a headless or hybrid CMS setup.
• Architect and build Angular front-end applications that consume content and APIs from BloomReach.
• Collaborate with content authors, designers, and marketing stakeholders to deliver dynamic and personalized web experiences.
• Develop reusable components and integrate with back-end services using REST APIs.
• Ensure SEO best practices, accessibility, and performance optimization across web properties.
• Own code quality, peer reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to decision-making around architecture, tools, and frameworks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with support teams.

Mandatory requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience in web development.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with BloomReach Experience Manager (Hippo CMS).
• Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) with component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of headless CMS, content modeling, and content APIs.
• Experience with Java (for extending BloomReach components).
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Familiarity with personalization and SEO strategies in CMS implementations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Optional requirements:

• Experience with BloomReach Discovery (search & merchandising).
• Familiarity with GraphQL.
• Exposure to DevOps, cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Experience in multi-site, multi-language CMS setups.
