Job Overview:
You will work cross-functionally at Drip on highly impactful projects ranging from category expansion, and operational to finance to product. This is a highly impactful role that will work on the most pressing strategic initiatives at drip with high visibility.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to scale functions and capabilities
- Define and measure important KPIs
- Drive efficiency and transparency in processes
- Ensure roles and personnel are aligned with objectives
- Spin-up new initiatives to drive growth
Required Background:
- Ideally 8 to 10 years of overall work experience in Biz Ops
- Must have 2 years Management Consulting experience either at Bain, Mckinsey or BCG
- Speak Fluent English
- Major plus worked at fast-growing marketplace as well
- Tech start-up experience preferably in eCommerce, marketplaces or content
- Must work PCT US Hours
- Must have experience working US hours + working with US Colleagues
