Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality control testing according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Accurately document testing results and maintain laboratory records.
- Conduct molecular biology assays, including DNA quantification, agarose gel electrophoresis, restriction digestion, endotoxin testing, and other QC-related analyses.
- Perform product aliquoting, labeling, and final preparation before product release according to established procedures.
- Review and verify laboratory test results to ensure products meet quality specifications before release.
- Report quality issues promptly and assist in deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Collaborate with Production and other departments to support smooth manufacturing operations.
- Follow laboratory safety requirements and company quality management procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with laboratory internship or relevant working experience are welcome, but experience is not required.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
