Job Description

  • Engage in text-based online chats as a chat moderator
  • Welcome and engage players as they enter chat rooms, encourage participation, and foster a friendly atmosphere
  • Build rapport and develop long-lasting relationships with the players
  • Maintain the solid reputation of our brand
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the chat room
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with players through open communication
  • Provide regular updates on promotions, personalized services, and site-related information
  • Ensure players follow chat room etiquette guidelines
  • Assist players with information regarding the games and the mini-games
  • Host scheduled chat games to entertain players

  • Possess excellent communication, computer, and time management skills
