Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have professional experience working in the interior design and/or architecture field and be experienced in the development of BIM models in Revit as well as photo-realistic renderings and visualizations.
- The candidate will have managed a team in the past and open to managing a small remote team.
- An Associate’s Degree or Vocational Certificate in Architecture, Computer-Aided Drafting, or a related field is preferred
- 5+ years of experience using Revit, Enscape and 3DMax in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Creating photo-realistic renderings in Enscape and 3DMax including modeling building elements, families, finishes and lighting scenarios.
- Management of multiple visualization projects at once using North America and India team members. This will include direction, quality control, task management and staffing/resourcing.
- Accountable for the quality of visualization products for designated projects.
- Occasional assistance in documentation when visualization products are not required.
