Are you passionate about digital construction, BIM processes and interdisciplinary collaboration? Would you like to work in an international environment, coordinate complex building models, and support project teams with state of the art BIM tools and methodologies? We are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our ever-growing team of experts in Thessaloniki, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of the BIM methodology across all project the phases, ensuring high quality digital deliverables and smooth model based collaboration across disciplines.

• Set up the project-specific BIM environment, including platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revizto
• Participate in and implement additional software applications relevant to the Common Data Environment (CDE)
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary work using BIM models
• Conduct model-based clash detection and parameter validation
• Prepare regular quality reports on digital deliverables, model status and coordination performance
   

• Degree in engineering or related technical discipline. 
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination and model-based planning
• Proficiency in BIM and coordination tools such as Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, Revizto
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills to effectively coordinate stakeholders and project information
• Fluency in English and Greek. German is advantageous
