Are you looking to kickstart your career in finance? Genesis is seeking a Billing Support Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will support financial operations, streamline invoice management, and contribute to VAT reporting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Bank Transactions Analysis – Review and analyze monthly bank transactions for foreign companies.
• Invoice Management – Collect, organize, and securely store invoices to support VAT reporting for foreign companies.
• Invoicing Support – Assist with invoicing tasks, including checking and verifying issued invoices.
• Coordination with Teams – Work closely with finance, accounting, and external audit team.
• Ad Hoc Tasks – Handle additional tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.ʼ
• At least 1 year of experience in treasury, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate and defend financial insights and recommendations.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• An interest in learning Python to automate financial processes will be a plus.
