The Role:

As a Billing Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate invoices are issued promptly to insurance companies and patients. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career.

What You'll Do:

• Creation of accurate invoices in line with the billing principles set by commercial department.
• Investigate queries raised by the insurer or patient in a timely manner in alongside company policy.
• Undertake all administrative activities required, provide excellent customer care and to support the Billing Supervisor when required.

What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

• Previous experience of working within a finance department
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Confident, approachable and strong team working skills
• Team Player

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of an Accounts Receivable function
• Understanding of customer care
• GCSE and or A Level qualifications
• Able to use Microsoft office suite
