For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Billing Specialist role.
About the Team
Join our global team responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate billing processes. Collaborating with lawyers, secretaries, and finance teams, our team supports billing administration, matter management, and finance compliance.
You will be responsible for:
Generating draft and final bills with input from practice teams.
Administering billing terms and processing new matter/client details.
Providing detailed overviews of pending draft bills.
Acting as the first point of contact for billing-related queries.
Assisting with the setup and maintenance of legal matters in the system.
Keeping standard operating procedures (SOPs) updated for office requirements.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance policies.
Apply if you:
Have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally within SSC/BPO sectors.
Are proficient in English; knowledge of French and SAP is an advantage.
Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Are customer-focused, service-oriented, and can work under pressure.
Have a university degree in finance or relevant professional qualifications (preferred).

Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days in the office per week)
