Job Summary:

Reviewing work orders created in NetSuite for accurate details and billing information to create invoices to be sent to customers for payment. The Billing Representative can work well as a team, has the capacity to work in a fast pace, high-volume environment, and is very detail oriented.

Job Goals:

  • Accurately invoicing jobs completed in the field within assigned deadlines
  • Communicate with PCs and AMs to accurately process invoices with correct information for sales and revenue purposes
  • Customer relations via phone and email to answer questions regarding invoices and expenses from Customers, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices in NetSuite
  • Receiving communication via ZOHO regarding how to bill specific jobs
  • Researching contracts and POs to obtain correct billing requirements.
Qualifications
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of general work experience. 
  • Use basic technology tools confidently, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Direct Microsoft Office experience, preferred. 
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
  • Take initiative and stay motivated without needing constant supervision.
  • Exhibit an excellent work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Show eagerness to learn and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Follow structured processes and detailed instructions with consistency.

Skills Required
