The Billing team is looking for an experienced individual to manage our billing team and processes. This individual will be responsible for the monthly billing process for one of our lines of business, approving the invoices based on platform data, liaising with account managers and salespeople to verify billing information, and deeply understanding our products, clients, and processes. The Impact You’ll Make:

Manage the billing team, training, assigning tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met
Lead weekly meetings to review account trends, identify escalation points, and assist with outreach when needed
Review and approve monthly billing according to the existing billing process, reviewing with and receiving approvals from all salespeople
Investigate invoice discrepancies and revise invoices when necessary
Maintain a thorough monthly billing process doc, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Assist with audit requests
Manage Zendesk/Billing Inbox queue
Provide internal reporting

What You Will Need:

5+ years of experience in Billing/revenue cycle operations
Experience leading a team: at least 2+ years of people leadership in a billing-related setting, including employee selection, training and onboarding, performance management, and engagement
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Communicate areas in which the team can maximize performance to positively impact the financial performance of the practice and achieve key performance indicators
Intermediate Excel Skills (pivots, Vlookup, Excel advanced formulas)
Familiarity with billing and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority)
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to lead and encourage others
