Job Description

You're just the person we need if you're an expert when it comes to juggling invoice production with your colleagues' questions! If you're motivated by your attention to detail and the success of an organization, then we're made for each other!

Your main responsibilities:

  • Open projects and close files in the various systems
  • Perform customer invoicing
  • Support inter-company transactions
  • Produce quotations
  • Work in collaboration with the consulting department
  • Follow-up of budgets/customer contracts
  • Monitoring work in progress and deferred income

Qualifications

  • DEC or DEP in accounting
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in billing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel 
  • Knowledge of SAP an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines 
  • Autonomy, discretion and attention to detail.
