As a Billing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Process international invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all billing data is correct and up-to-date.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed billing records and reports.
• Collaborate with international departments to ensure smooth invoice processing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding billing and invoicing.
• Utilize billing software, including Legal Tracker, to manage invoice processes.
• Provide support to the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• •            A minimum of 5 years of billing experience in a global matrixed organization.

  •            Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

  •            Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  •            Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  •            Effective communication skills to liaise with international departments.

  •            Experience with Legal Tracker would be a significant asset.

• Be fluent in English.
