Description
Billing and Commercial analysts are responsible for tracking company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports. Billing and commercial analysts analyze financial status by collecting, monitoring, and studying data. They gather and evaluate industry and economic fiscal data to predict investment performance. Their findings are used by businesses and individuals to make decisions about financial stakes.
Responsibilities
- Create, improve, and use invoice calculation methodologies and models
- Communicating with Company’s Partners and other departments, resolving issues and providing clarifications
- Control of Company’s Services prices and costs
- Provide an effective currency management as well as to optimize the trading process for all foreign exchange transactions
- Collect data from different sources for analyzing Company’s Partners performance
- Compare and analyze actual results with plans and forecasts
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures, provide trends and forecasts, explain processes and techniques
- Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends
- Analyze and interpret data and make comparative analyses, study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Develop automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Participate in new Partners contracts considering and approving process
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies
- Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Working experience in data/business analysis
- Working experience with large databases
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Familiarity with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, MS Office, Analysis services, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA is a plus
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of English, Armenian, Russian
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
