• Invoice Preparation & Review:

  • Generate and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms and service delivery.

• Data Analysis:

  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor billing metrics and KPIs.

• Reconciliation & Dispute Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to address issues.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc billing reports for management.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.

• System Management:

  • Maintain and update billing systems and databases.
  • Assist in system upgrades or transitions related to billing.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure billing practices comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and reviews.
