About the Role
Coordination and processing of IT billing for Magna IT.
Regular travel: 5-10% of the time.
Your Responsibilities

• Coordination and processing of IT billing for Magna Global IT Region EU
• Billing for Corporate AT, Billing for Special Billings, Compilation of all relevant billing data from the different sources
• Preparation and review of data for billing purposes
• Create and change Billing Documents, Invoicing to the customer
• Complaint Processing/Complaint Management in relation to accounting (tickets), Cooperation with accounting and controlling (global)
• General administrative activities for the business administration. Backup for other Billing Region USA/Canada/China

Who we are looking for

• Commercial knowledge or professional experience, preferably accounting
• General technical understanding
• A basic understanding of IT services is desirable
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (preferably Excel)
• Good knowledge of SAP, also in practical application, desirable
