Job Description:
Responsible for handling the company's reception and typically assists with the help with and interacting with employees, management and other business partners.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other tasks can be assigned.
Respond to phone calls and receive visitors, suppliers and contractors.
It is responsible for the preparation of passes for visitors.
Coordinate routes for document messaging.
Supports the coordination of transport routes and taxi tickets of support buildings.
Check the proper use of parking.
Sending and receiving emails for any request.
Archive, organize, save and review all types of documents.
Take photocopies.
Control of electronic invoicing, and acceptance or rejection of invoices for special services.
Handling or petty cash.
Request supplies and agree on maintenance or repair of office equipment.
Organize meetings and take care of logistics.
Manage the correct use of the company's meeting rooms.
Keep your work area clean and tidy.
Perform any other activity at the end of the position.
Receive guidance regarding general objectives; in most assigned tasks and projects, determine methods, sequence of work, scheduling and how to achieve assignment objectives.
Operate within specific policy guidelines.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor of Secondary Education, advanced studies in administrative technician and / or bilingual secretarial
2-3 years of experience in similar positions.
English proficiency at B2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Management of administrative procedures.
Advanced management of office package.
