About this PositionThe Platinum Specialist is responsible for partnering with assigned Top Producers from our sales force to assist them in growing their business from the perspective of Home Office processing and knowledge transfer. The Specialist primary duties is to act as the primary liaison between the individual and the Home Office to resolve issues, expedite processing, minimize and/or avoid processing delays and answer all Insurance-related questions. This position works closely with management to make recommendations to improve the Field’s experience overall with the Home Office.This is hybrid position, that requires 3 days onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and 2 days working remotely weekly.Responsibilities & Qualifications
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Top Producer members
- Consistently excel in service expectations
- Provide support to the members in all aspects of Life Operations, including Compensation and Licensing
- Act as an advocate for the members’ cause
- Represent Field’s interest in company meetings
- Relate to business owners and the sales mentality
- Work independently with little direction
- Think outside the box
Acts as an Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Life Insurance Operations
- Answers telephone inquiries
- Research and problem-solve issues
- Mentor new associates
- Represent unit in staff meetings for improvement opportunities and processing gaps
Prepare and analyze business
- Analyze types of calls to determine if there is an opportunity for improvement and offer recommendations
- Remain current on all policies and procedures

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Insurance Industry
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Life License required or obtained within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of Insurance Operations
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication and coaching skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving/analysis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize appropriately
- Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
- Able to perform assigned tasks within the specified time frames and meet quality expectations
- Able to work with various key personnel and management in order to better serve the top producers
- Experience in sales or business ownership a plus
The salary range for this role is $52K - $57K.
