We are looking for a Bilingual Paralegal to help grow our business and contribute to our future.

The Bilingual Paralegal will be responsible for verification of various corporate documents received from clients and transmission to the proper governmental authority.  Reporting to the Manager, Operations, other highlights include:

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by answering phone inquiries, providing information, and explaining services and fees
• Prepare, verify, and submit corporate documents to the appropriate governmental authorities
• Track files and follow up with governmental authorities to ensure timely processing
• Receive, review, and manage certificates, declarations, and official documents issued by authorities
• Conduct due diligence and corporate searches using online databases and third-party intermediaries
• Prepare corporate resolutions and maintain minute books using established templates
• Support clients on internal online platforms (Eservice and Incoweb)
• Process service orders and invoicing related to corporate filings, searches, and documentation

What You’ll Need:

• A collegial diploma in Paralegal Technology, a Certificate in Law, or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in corporate services, due diligence, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Working knowledge of online databases and tools for corporate, legal, and due diligence searches.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly to support shared goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned files.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and orderly records.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and consistent follow‑through.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all work.
