Position Summary

The Bilingual Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within an assigned territory. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage personnel, maintain strong client relationships, ensure service quality, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full operational responsibility for an assigned business division or territory.
  • Supervise, motivate, and support field employees and team leads.
  • Conduct daily visits to job sites to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
  • Assist with employee performance management, including coaching, corrective action, and termination procedures when necessary.
  • Prepare and manage employee schedules and staffing assignments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings.
  • Collaborate with management on sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel to client locations throughout the surrounding region as needed.
  • Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards are followed at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous operations, facilities management, janitorial, security, staffing, or related supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, staffing, hiring, and employee relations.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday as business needs require.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
