About the Bilingual HR Administrator position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to provide bilingual communication skills and support to the Human
The ideal candidate will have an introductory knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Administrator responsibilities are:
- Provide translation/interpretation support in Korean/English in meetings, interviews, and investigations
- Maintain and coordinate VISA documents for expatriates, dispatchers, and other employees
- Regular communication with expatriates and dispatchers regarding their subsidies, housing, and other needs to ensure comfortable working conditions
- Orientate expatriates on relocating to a new country, the country’s customs, and other on boarding processes
- Plan for the arrival of expatriates/dispatchers and inform the staff in the host country of their arrival
- File documentation correctly and in a timely manner
- Perform budget transfers, budget accruals, and expense parking
- Create documents following Hankook’s official approval process
- Utilize Microsoft Teams and Office products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at an intermediate level
- Perform other duties as required
Administrator requirements are:
Education:
- (Required) High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- (Required) 1+ years experience as a bilingual assistant OR Bachelor's degree required
- (Preferred) Experience in immigration and international diplomacy preferred
Language:
- (Required) Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, writing at a business level or above)
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to frequently move about the manufacturing plant campus, general office environments, production areas, and occasionally ascend/descend stairs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Must be able to position self to file documents including the top and bottom drawers of file cabinets
- Must be able to occasionally move office equipment and supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
