ATLAS is seeking skilled Bilingual Bicultural Advisors with strong English and Ukrainian language skills and cultural expertise to support multinational military training activities. This role directly supports operational readiness by ensuring clear communication between international military personnel during training and coordination events.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Linguistic Support: Deliver accurate interpretation and translation between English and Ukrainian in support of multinational military training activities.
Facilitate Communication: Assist military personnel during training exercises, meetings, and coordination events to ensure clear and effective communication.
Support Training Operations: Work alongside military staff and partner nation personnel to enable smooth execution of training activities and operational coordination.
Serve as a Bilingual, Bicultural Advisor: Provide cultural insight and guidance to support effective collaboration between multinational partners, helping bridge linguistic and cultural differences during training activities.
Qualifications
Required
CEFR C1 or higher proficiency in both English and Ukrainian.
Ability to pass a background check with no criminal convictions.
Strong verbal and written translation and interpretation skills.
Ability to operate in a professional military training environment with multinational personnel.
Desired
Prior experience supporting military or government operations.
Familiarity with military terminology and operational environments.
