Bilingual Accountant

Dolphin Debit is a full-service ATM management company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide (EEFT). Dolphin Debit offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring to cash Management and compliance updates. This role is full-time and in-office at our Spring, TX office.

We are seeking a Bilingual Accountant who will be responsible for applying cash receipts, reviewing coding on AP entries, track cash flow activities, load payment information into our banking platform, maintain account reconciliations, post general ledger entries, provide reporting information to external parties as needed, assist with corporate and property tax as needed, research accounting issues to determine appropriate accounting treatment, ad hoc report generation, other tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions and journal entries
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• 2-4 year works' experience as an Accountant
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
• Experience with ERP systems and SharePoint (Iscala experience a plus)
