Prometeia is looking for professionals to join the team dedicated to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the development of innovative solutions related to this technology. We are looking for candidates with advanced skills in software engineering and experience in NLP, Generative AI, Machine Learning and big data management.

• Development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) prototypes for real-time analysis of large amounts of data, with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI services.
• Collaboration with data engineers and researchers to implement solutions based on cutting-edge AI and NLP techniques
• Designing and developing models for improving the efficiency and quality of analysed text data

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or STEM disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in NLP and Machine Learning
• Excellent software development skills, preferably in Python, and use of versioning systems (git)
• Experience with NLP/ML tools and libraries such as scikit-learn, Spacy, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API
• Knowledge of machine learning and NLP algorithms: classification, clustering, tokenization, parsing, embedding and chatbots (RAG and GraphRAG)
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Ability to rapidly prototype solutions, critically analyse data and apply creative approaches in solving complex problems
• Experience in managing NLP projects in agile contexts and with multidisciplinary teams

• A problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passionate about process innovation and driven by curiosity to understand and optimize business processes.
