The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bid Manager to join our dynamic tech consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from initial identification of opportunities to final submission. You will work closely with sales, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality bids that align with the company's objectives and meet the client's needs.

The Bid Manager will play a critical role in winning new business by developing compelling proposals and ensuring the timely delivery of bids for digital transformation, data, and cloud consultancy projects. You will need to have a deep understanding of both technical solutions and business processes to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification through to final proposal submission.
  • Manage the bid response process, ensuring compliance with the client's requirements and deadlines.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop winning bid strategies, content, and pricing models.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing successful bids, particularly in digital transformation, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
