Job requirements
- Location: USA (Remote, PST Hours)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Relevant Experience: 8+ years
- Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for business insights.
- Utilize SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver iterative solutions.
- Work with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration where applicable (without direct Azure development).
- Apply strong business and data analysis skills to interpret and present key insights.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and soft skills to address complex data challenges and collaborate effectively.
- Expertise in Power BI – Data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding.
- Strong SQL Proficiency – Advanced query writing, performance optimization, and data analysis.
- Data Engineering Knowledge – Experience with ETL pipelines and data modeling.
- Agile Development Experience – Working in Agile teams, iterative development, and cross-team collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving & Soft Skills – Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex data challenges.
Job Description: We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong SQL skills to drive data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
