We’re seeking a data-driven Power BI Reporting Lead to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.

Your role
You will work closely with various groups to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Your background and experience

Design and develop BI reporting solutions build in Power BI / Fabric.

Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.

Track solution adoption via usage statistics; develop adoption plans to increase utilization

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the BI development team.

Enhance UX standards for report and dashboard design.

Proactively monitor performance and find opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of reporting layer.

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Operations Management or related) and five plus years of experience required.
