Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ Years in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, visualization, or data warehousing.
- Comp Tia Sec+ certified and SAP Business Objects, Qlik or related BI certification
- Experience leading BI delivery with SAP BusinessObjects, Qlik, Power BI, Appian, or similar tools
- Experience supporting acquisition, contracting, financial, and enterprise mission systems.
- Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Army or DoD enterprise systems, Appian-first design approaches, data architecture, and long-range modernization planning
- Experience modernizing legacy capabilities in Appian, supporting federal acquisition or contract writing workflows, and using an Appian-first approach across shared IL5/IL6 codebases is highly desired
Responsibilities:
- Lead BI strategy, reporting governance, dashboards, and analytics
- Manage report inventory, rationalization, validation, and modernization
- Translate stakeholder needs into reporting products
- Coordinate data quality, testing, user acceptance, and production support
- Improve automated reporting and decision support.
