We are looking for an innovative BI Developer, with deep domain knowledge to join our growing Data Science & BI team and support the rapid growth of LetsGetChecked as we continue to scale into the largest healthcare markets in the World.
The ideal candidate will act as a technical authority within the BI layer and ensure our reporting solutions are scalable, consistent, and adhere to strict data governance standards.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain robust, highly optimized analytics solutions across the business.
- Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining data governance, quality standards, and methodologies for data modelling and visualization.
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities to support business growth and operational efficiency through data.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize critical ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and process data efficiently.
- Provide actionable, high-impact insights that empower all departments to make data-driven decisions.
- Partner strategically with the data warehouse team to build and maintain optimized data marts that support new metric creation and ensure data consistency.
- Develop advanced dashboards, reports, and visualisations for a variety of technical and executive stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to embed Looker or integrate BI outputs into other applications, maximizing self-service capabilities.
- Research and apply cutting-edge applications of analytics in the healthcare domain.
- Maintain and enhance internal analytics tools and infrastructure.
- Demonstrate strong technical ownership and leadership within the data team.
- Proven ability to excel and deliver comprehensive, detailed analytical reports in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
- A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or a similar technical role working as part of a BI & reporting function.
- MSc+ in a quantitative discipline is highly preferred.
- Expert level SQL with AWS Redshift, focused on advanced query optimization and cost management.
- Expertise in Looker development, including advanced LookML, performance tuning, and implementation of security controls.
