BI Developer (Tableau)

We are looking for a talented BI Developer to join a team for designing and crafting complete data solutions for different projects. This long-term opportunity offers the chance to work on a highly impactful initiative.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development, with a strong focus on Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Proven experience with Tableau administration: user management, permissions, performance monitoring, and content organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with REST APIs, including experience integrating custom APIs for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong knowledge and practical use of DBT for data modeling and transformation workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, and SQL for building robust data pipelines and managing large datasets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Manage and administer the Tableau environment, including server performance, scheduling, data source refreshes, and user access controls.
• Develop scalable data pipelines using DBT, SQL and Python to support BI initiatives.
• Integrate and extract data from various systems via REST APIs, ensuring reliability and data quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high-impact BI products.
• Implement and maintain data models that support efficient data analysis and visualization.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, including data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions and back-end processes.
