Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer experienced in SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that drive business decisions and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reports using SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs.
- Optimize report performance and usability.
- Support data analysis through interactive and static reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy and report reliability.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with SAP BusinessObjects and Crystal Reports.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and transformation.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with integrating BI tools with SQL Server or other databases.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Several years of BI development experience with SAP BO and Crystal Reports.
