Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Analytics Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in BI tools, data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users.
- Work with SQL and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) to ensure data accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
- Implement data governance and security measures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest BI and analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in BI development, data visualization, and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView, or similar.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Apache Nifi) and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven analytics.
- Familiarity with real-time analytics and streaming data processing.
- Understanding of business processes in industries like manufacturing and finance.
