What We're Looking For
We’re looking for a BI Analyst to join our BI team and help turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.
You’ll play a key role in designing scalable reporting systems, establishing BI standards, and supporting teams across the company with high-impact dashboards and analytics.
🔍 What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making across key business units

Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and translate them into actionable data insights

Ensure data accuracy and consistency through transformation and validation processes
-
Define and align KPIs and core business metrics across teams
-
Continuously improve BI tools and reporting UX, following best practices in design and scalability
-
Monitor and maintain the reporting ecosystem, removing outdated content and supporting BI governance
🧠 Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Visualization Specialist
-
Advanced skills in SQL
-
Strong Tableau experience — building, publishing, and optimizing interactive dashboards
-
Familiarity with business metrics relevant to subscription-based mobile apps
-
Solid understanding of data visualization best practices, UX principles, and analytical storytelling
-
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving tools, workflows, and business impact
-
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — able to work cross-functionally and clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
🌟 Nice to have:

Proficiency in data modeling and ETL workflows
-
Experience contributing to or maintaining BI documentation, including data dictionaries and metric definitions

Hands-on work experience with dbt and Git-based workflows
