To meet this challenge, we are establishing a BI function within our large analytical team led by BI Lead, and we’re searching for a talented BI Analyst to join us.

Your impact:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to address stakeholders' business inquiries, ensuring close collaboration with stakeholders and a thorough understanding of the business domain.
• Design and support self-service tools, such as alerting systems, to empower stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Take full ownership of the metrics system within the assigned analytical area, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Provide analytical support for data-driven products, including tools like RevealBot, AdBraze, and queueback appeal systems.

About You:

• At least 2 years of relevant commercial experience required. We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience beyond this minimum, please note that this role is not an entry-level or junior position.
• High level of expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools, with strong data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and databases at a basic level.

• Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to digitize and model business processes.
• Familiarity with statistics and the ability to interpret and work effectively with data.
• Effective business communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts, build arguments, and persuade others.
• A proactive approach with a focus on execution, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice To Have:

• Experience with cloud databases.
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude and GrowthBook.
• Skills in creating alerts and monitoring systems.
