Overview

As a Betting CVM Strategy Senior Specialist , you will play a relevant role within the Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy, reporting to the Poker, Card Games & Bingo CVM Manager. You will be responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of promotional campaigns for the related verticals, with the aim of enhancing player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

In this role, you will leverage behavioral data and automation tools (e.g. Promo manager) to deliver high value promotional experiences across the products. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across CVM, Product and Content teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with broader commercial goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, build, and execute ATL campaigns or the related verticals, focusing on high-visibility, large-scale initiatives that support game launches, feature adoption, and player engagement and cross-sell.

  • Own the planning and continuous optimization of key and “always-on” promotions, ensuring performance, sustainability and alignment with broader commercial goals.

  • Partner with Product teams to support the commercial launch of new games, features, or site functionalities. Co-define promotional priorities and optimize the customer display via on-site and client and mobile app ensuring a full alignment with calendar events, new feature rollouts, and market opportunities.

  • Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution and internal visibility.

  • Support the CVM Strategy team in identifying new promotional opportunities and improving campaign effectiveness with a regular monitoring of market competitors.

  • Act as second-level support for issues related to ATL promotions, collaborating with Customer Care and Tech teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless player experience.

What you’ll bring:

  •  2+ years of experience in CRM, promotions, or campaign management, ideally in the online gaming industry or a similarly fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Solid knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.

  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms would be a great plus (e.g. Optimove or similar).

  • Passion for poker, cards and/or bingo products and the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
