Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and mail related to employee benefits

Provide basic assistance to employees regarding medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefit programs

Forward more complex benefit questions or issues to the appropriate team member

Organize, scan, and file benefits-related documents and correspondence

Track incoming forms and ensure accurate routing to HR or third-party vendors
-
Assist with new hire benefit packets
-
Support the team during open enrollment periods and other seasonal benefit tasks

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications:

No prior HR or benefits experience required
-
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable using a computer (email, document scanning, basic data entry)

Friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to learn

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred But Not Required:

Experience in a customer service, administrative, or office support role

Interest in human resources or employee benefits
