About the Role: Behavior Specialist
- Support children and young adults in living their best lives.
- Collaborate with the Behavioral Team Leader and BCBA to conduct assessments and create behavior plans.
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and oversee plan execution.
- Train and coach direct support professionals in behavior plan implementation.
- Lead classroom teams in crisis prevention, positive classroom management, and de-escalation techniques.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and RBT Certification required.
- Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
- 3+ years of experience with ABA plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience with teenager/young adults that have aggressive/maladaptive behaviors preferred.
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 annually (based on experience)

Skills Required
