BDC Representative (New/Used Vehicle Sales Assistant)

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and building relationships? As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers beginning their vehicle-buying journey, helping create a positive and professional experience from their very first interaction with our dealership. You'll communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, online chats, and social media inquiries, answering questions, providing information about our vehicles, and helping guide them through the early stages of the purchasing process. Your primary goal will be to build trust, generate excitement, and invite customers into the dealership by scheduling appointments with our sales team for vehicle demonstrations and test drives. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and enjoys helping people while working in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to be part of a team that helps customers find the perfect vehicle, we would love to meet you!

For over 70 years, we've built something special - rooted in family values, teamwork, and taking care of our guests like they're apart of the family. Around here, every team member matters (seriously, we mean it), and we believe work should be rewarding and enjoyable.

If you're someone who loves talking to people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced, positive environment... you might just fit right in.
