We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing Business Development Call Center team. Previous luxury automotive BDC experience is a plus, but not required, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in our organization by handling inbound and outbound client communications, building product value, and scheduling appointments for our sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Schedule appointments and reservations with the sales team
  • Follow inbound sales call guides and strategic response word tracks
  • Accurately answer guest questions regarding vehicles, inventory, and promotions
  • Stay current on manufacturer incentives and dealership specials
  • Maintain professionalism and follow all Client Care Center policies and procedures
  • Handle outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients
