Mercedes Benz Silver Spring, a part of the fast growing MileOne Autogroup, is looking to add a customer focused person to our team! As a Business Development Coordinator you will respond to internet customer inquiries, handle the leads, the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. You will be responsible for new car internet sales.

Essential Duties:
- Receive inbound sales calls, emails and texts, make outbound sales calls, emails and texts and set appointments throughout out Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring dealership.
- Develop relationships with customers who have inquired about models carried by Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring.
- Support the customer’s sales process by setting appointments and transfer that relationship to the dealership staff that will finalize the purchase.
- Continually learn about the various makes and models that the Mercedes Benz Silver Spring represents.
Qualifications:
- Previous High-Line sales experience required
- Ability to multi-task
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
