Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest inquiries with a focus on complete satisfaction and ensure a high-quality experience for every customer.
- Connect with potential customers via phone and email to schedule and confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows.
- Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, enhancing customer relationships.
- Seamlessly turn online leads into sales and provide timely quotes with the Internet Sales Manager and Management Team.
- Keep up with automotive trends, product features, and industry knowledge.
- Understand vehicle features, compare models, and stay updated on inventory.
- with past and potential customers, suggest trade-ins, and respond to inquiries with a personal touch.
- Qualify buyers, demonstrate vehicles, handle objections, negotiate prices, complete contracts, and finalize sales.
- Forecast and achieve monthly sales targets while staying informed about dealership inventory.
- Actively develop leads through phone, mail, and in-person interactions.
- Deliver vehicles, clearly explain features, warranties, and paperwork.
- Commit to exceptional customer service and be ready to take on additional tasks as needed.
What we need:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Charismatic and customer-focused, with flair.
- Sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome sales rookies with a burning passion to succeed.
- Strong ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to captivate and engage customers.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems.
- Strong time management, relationship-building, and follow-up abilities.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
