Job Responsibilities:
- Scan and monitor global game/ IP market with members of the Business Development team
- Research and analyze Content and Consumer industries (games, entertainment, films/Drama, etc.) investment trends, with a particular focus on IP.
- Provide support documentation for strategic analysis, investment review, and case studies etc.
- Study and evaluate potential partners, game studios and IP holders, and providing support to Tencent management for business decisions
- University undergraduate or MBA student, ideally from business administration, management or finance related major
- Strong business and data analysis skills; prior consulting or strategy project experience (e.g., internship with consulting companies, well-known game companies/Internet company strategy departments, investment banks, and PE/VC ) preferred
- Excellent material writing ability, excellent execution
- Ability to take initiatives and drive to insights, owning workstreams end to end
- Avid gamer and genuine passion for games, curiosity about the broader entertainment industry and willing to share (we need "your perspective")
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit, resilience
- Proficient with AI tools and familiar with AI workflow automation

Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
