Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with one work from home day per week
Details: Clients ages 2-6 with Autism Spectrum Disorder, small case load, billables of 25 hrs per week

Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $80,000-$95,000 + $10k sign on bonus
- Performance bonuses: Earn up to $25,000 in additional bonuses per year (paid monthly)
- Consistent Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

What You’ll Do
- Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow clinicians
- Track and analyze progress to ensure meaningful outcomes

ABLE Kids was founded in January of 2016 and it is our mission to help children with autism to improve their quality of life and promote independence by providing support and health services delivered in an empowering and compassionate environment. Our sole passion here at ABLE Kids is to provide your child or loved one with the skills he/she needs to live a full and meaningful life. We primarily serve children between the ages of 2 and 6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, requiring 35+ hours per week of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
