We are currently seeking passionate, collaborative Full-Time and Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in the Lehigh Valley, PA area.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
  • Ability to maintain BCBA certification, LBS licensure, CAQH profile, and credentialing with insurance providers.
  • Previous experience working in a clinic, home, or school-based ABA setting preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical, home, or school-based experience providing direct ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, training caregivers, and supervising clinical staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Knowledge of third-party insurance funding and authorization processes, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood learning curricula and the application of evidence-based behavioral principles to develop functional, socially significant skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Skills Required

  • BCBA at the Master's Level; maintain BCBA and LBS certification
  • Maintain CAQH and credentialing with insurance companies
  • Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism, training parents, and supervising staff
  • Knowledge of insurance/third-party funding systems or willingness to learn
  • Knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and application of behavioral principles
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
