Compensation: $100-$110/hour (flexible based on experience)
In this role, you’ll provide direct services and guide behavior intervention plans across home, community, and clinic settings - making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you support.

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
- Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress
- Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards
- Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Licensed as required by the state of Maryland
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently
